Plus, you’ll be digging through their default reports which are quite limited and don’t contain all the information you need to make strategic decisions.

Yes! All of our analytics packages involve migrating your existing systems to GA4, and/or setting up any new data systems in GA4.
If you want to continue using Universal Analytics while you can we can set up both in parallel, but we strongly recommend transitioning to the new platform as soon as you can (it's being deprecated in July 2023!)
