You’ll walk away with clear and measurable marketing goals and targets for the year, a quarter-by-quarter breakdown of priorities and actions to be taken, customized dashboards for you to measure success, and an annual marketing budget. We’ll also walk you through how to analyze performance, identify issues before they become problems, and adapt your marketing accordingly.
After the strategy, you can also choose to opt-in to our ongoing reporting and consulting packages for additional analysis, support, or training for you and your team.
These projects cost $9000 CDN + GST and the average project takes approximately 2 months to complete.
First, we’ll get a clear understanding of your existing marketing channels, strategy, and goals, and identify what’s working, where the drop-offs and bottlenecks are, and what needs to change to get you where you want to go.
Then, we work with you to map out a data-driven strategy that leverages what’s working and tests out solutions to eliminate bottlenecks or problems.
Once we have a clear direction and strategy, our team will do the heavy lifting to create a quarter-by-quarter breakdown of what should be tackled, what benchmarks should be set, and where your budget should be allocated. You can be as involved in this process as you want, and the plan will be designed around the resources, tools, and expertise on your team.
The final step is to make sure you are tracking everything you need to be, and that you have custom dashboards to read, interpret, and analyze your data on a monthly basis. We’ll set up the tracking, build the dashboards around your needs, and train you on how to use them.
If needed, our team can also provide ongoing reporting, analysis, or training for your team to further strengthen your marketing and optimization efforts.

There are 4 meetings built into the process, one during each phase. Each meeting is 90-minutes long and takes place over Zoom.
Between those meetings, we may go back and forth via email or our team may share a video recording with you to review and provide us with additional information that we require for your project.
Your team will have a quarter-by-quarter breakdown of what you need to do to implement your marketing strategy, but if you require additional support— we are here to help.
Sometimes, businesses want us to run their metrics monthly to keep a finger on the pulse of their marketing and identify issues before they become problems.
If a business is in a year of growth and their marketing is constantly evolving we are sometimes asked to support on a quarterly basis to review marketing performance, and evolve the marketing plan as necessary.
Or, if a business hires a new marketing manager or team member they pull us in as part of their onboarding or training process to get them up to speed on the strategy, plan, and data systems.
