In it, we work through the absolute basics of data, one step at a time. You can go at your own pace, and join me for live implementation calls if you find it too overwhelming to do solo or you get stuck.
Every week there’s a 2-hour group call that you can join for 1:1 support on your business. The group calls in weeks 1-4 are focused on setting up your data collection system. These calls give you accountability, community, and a dedicated block of time in your calendar to get the work done. There’s also a break-out coaching “room” on the call that you can join if you have questions or need 1:1 support from me.
The group calls in weeks 5-8 are “Hot Seat” coaching calls where each attendee gets dedicated time to ask questions and get 1:1 advice on an element of their data or marketing.
There’s also a Slack community where you can ask questions! That support is going to be mostly community-driven, but the Akari Digital team will pop in at least once a day Monday through Thursday.

Nope! I’ll walk you through how to set everything up from scratch so you don’t need to have Google Analytics or anything like that set up to start.
For data support:
We almost exclusively use free tools to manage your data, like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Looker Studio.
That said, if email marketing and/or funnels are an important part of your strategy, we’ll recommend using Zapier (or something like it) to keep records of people subscribing, starting a funnel, and purchasing/completing a funnel. The package you’d need will vary depending on how big your audience is, but most of my clients spend $25-75 per month.
For strategy support:
You’ll have lifetime access to the training videos and 3 months’ access to the Data-Backed Entrepreneur Membership— which includes monthly Hot Seat coaching calls, Quarterly Planning workshops, and access to the Slack Community for questions and advice.
At the end of the three months, you are welcome to continue in the Membership at $97/month.
I’m guessing since you did that and are still here, you have some data to work with… you just don’t know how to use it! And that’s what this program can help you with.
Google Analytics is tackled in Week 2 so instead of going through the “Setup from Scratch” lessons, you’ll start with an audit to make sure yours is set up correctly. (And, that you’re tracking all the things you want to be.)
Keep in mind that Google Analytics is only one part of a comprehensive data system. It’s an important part— but it is just a part.
So you’ll still have plenty to set up. But you’ll also have a leg up! Because when we get to the data-driven decision-making weeks, you’ll have months or years of bonus “historical data” available to you!
